Who is Giorgio?

In 2004, a young Sicilian named Giorgio Linguanti arrived in Australia, without a word of English but a bold dream to bring a taste of Italy to his new home.

His passion for cheesemaking was born from a desire to create an endless amount of uniquely Italian products from only one ingredient, milk.

Starting out as a solo cheesemaker, supplying some of the city’s favourite restaurants, Giorgio quickly garnered a reputation for producing the finest, authentic Italian-style cheeses around.

Giorgio’s That’s Amore has since grown into one big family, with his passion and products delighting cheese lovers for more than 15 years.

Having established long-standing relationships with local West Gippsland farmers, providing the freshest high-quality milk, his cheese are made using 100% natural ingredients, free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.

Giorgio’s Artisan Cheeses are crafted with passion and a touch of Italian soul, bringing a taste of the good life to any occasion!
