Ingredients

120g unsalted butter, melted

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

50ml espresso coffee brewed

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

+ Giorgio's Artisan Cheese Burrata ( 1 Burrata per piece of Brownie)

1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Tiramisu Brownie with Burrata

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the Oven to 175c/350°f and line an 8x8-inch (20x20cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until combined. Whisk in the eggs, cocoa powder, flour, espresso and baking powder and stir until combined.

Step 3

Pour into the baking pan and place into the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are set.

Step 4

Cool completely before slicing into 9 pieces.

Step 5

Place Burrata on top and dust with cocoa powder to serve.
